How should I wash my undies?
Jonesy undies and bralettes are designed to withstand the rigors of your washing machine and dryer. We recommend washing & drying on cold/delicate cycles in order to prolong the life of the fabric (and minimize any fading & pilling). I am too lazy to hand-wash my undies so have solely relied on a washer/dryer combo for years!
My bra strap broke: now what?
We design our products with durability and wear & tear in mind, but fully realize that hey, life happens. A strap snaps in the rush, a bra slider cracks from hitting the dryer wall. No matter what it is, we want to fix it!
If you do encounter an issue after wearing your Jonesy undies and bralettes after months (or years!) of use, give us a holler. We’ll have you ship the item back to us where we can repair it cost-free at our NYC factory.
Do you accept returns?
We get that bra shopping online can be tricky, so we are more than happy to process a return or exchange for another size if you notify us and return the item to our studio within 15 days of purchase. Please note all shipping fees for a return/exchange will need to be covered by the customer and that items will need to be returned in their original unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of our undies :(
All sales will be considered final if not returned within 30 days post purchase.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Currently, we use USPS First Class for all national shipping. After your order is processed, please expect to wait 10-15 days for your order to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer USPS First Class International shipping. You should be able to expect a 12-15 business day turnaround (notwithstanding additional delays due to customs). Also worth mentioning, Jonesy is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale of the item.
How do you deal with lost or stolen packages?
Having a package go missing sucks, but unfortunately we do not have control over whether your order gets lost or damaged in transit. For this reason, when placing your order, we strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to get that update in. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
In the event your package does go missing, please 1) file a missing package claim with USPS first, and 2) then notify us so that we can work out an appropriate solution. Ultimately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, but will do our best to work with you to find a suitable resolution.
